Salutations! My name is Chris; a Colorado native with the desire to help individuals change their lives for a healthier and more functional future.
Over the past several years, I have developed an arsenal of training techniques to aid individuals in reaching theirhealth and fitness goals. My work in physical therapy has allowed me to develop an understanding for properbody mechanics and functional fitness training. With this, I have constructed programs that will not only address muscular and articular deficits but also achieve proper body maintenance with stretching and self massage.
My time spent as an athlete has lead me to a personal understanding of how to properly train both in the gym and on the field. Coupling these fitness visions with my science based certifications in personal training and group exercise through the American College of Sports Medicine, I am able to effectively design regimens for individuals of all types.
